Although very much a bar (rather than pub), the food will be a key element at the new Rosa tapas bar, like with all of its sister Zazu’s Kitchen pubs. The kitchen team will be headed by Tim Denny, formerly at The Star & Dove; with his deputy Nathan Kelly most recently pastry chef at the Pony & Trap.
