Pueblo Parks and Recreation will be seeking volunteer coaches for all youth sports. To become a volunteer coach, register online! All coaches must turn in a background check, volunteer contract, coach certification test and concussion test and must be approved by Pueblo Parks and Recreation. All coaches must attend a coaches meeting to pick up packets containing season information.

- All coaches must submit all required documents to Pueblo Parks and Recreation prior to coaching. If your paperwork is NOT on file, you are not a coach.

Lil' Sluggers Youth T-ball develops the primary baseball skills of hitting, base running, fielding, throwing and a basic understanding of the fundamental rules. The program is coed and is noncompetitive. Parental involvement is highly encouraged.
Age divisions:
4-5, 6-8

Monday, March 2–Monday, June 15, 2020

Mandatory Coaches Meeting will be held on June 22 by zoom at 6 pm. The sports coordinator will contact coaches with details.

Parks Athletic League Summer Baseball
The Pueblo Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite your child to become part of this fun and engaging summer program in the Historic Bessemer area. Trained staff, along with members of the Pueblo Bandits Fast Pitch Men’s Softball Team, will supervise this program. PAL will be offered Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00am–12:00pm. Participants must sign-up beginning on the first day and registration will continue throughout the duration of the program. A waiver and program registration form must be signed and returned by participants and their parents/guardians.

8-14
