Viktoria Palace Hotel is located in San Nicolò at the Lido of Venice, 300 meters away from the ferry stop connecting the Lido to Isola del Tronchetto and 1.4 km from downtown Lido, where water buses leave for Venice's historic center.
The location is excellent for those wishing to visit Venice and the islands or take part in one of the many international events of the lagoon city, such as the Biennale or the Film Festival.
Public buses, which leave from the piers and conveniently stop right in front of the hotel, ferry boats, in service even at night every twenty minutes and water taxis (distinguished by a yellow band on the window) for faster travel are all available.
By car
From the highway, follow the signs for 'Venice' until the end of the bridge over the lagoon, you will see indications 'Tronchetto - Park.' From there every 50 minutes you can get on the ferry-boat carrying cars directly to the Lido (30 minutes journey).
By train
From Santa Lucia railway station, take the direct line 5.1 boat to Lido (travel 30 minutes - departures every 20 minutes). When you arrive at Lido you take the public bus 'A and B' to San Nicolò and down the line. We do suggest to buy a travel card for the lenght of your stay.
By plane
From Marco Polo Airport, take the motorboat provided by ALILAGUNA to Lido or the public bus number 5 to the bus terminal 'Piazzale Roma'and then the vaporetto line 5.1 to Lido. Take the public bus 'A' to San Nicolò and get off at the last stop 'San Nicolò'. We do suggest to buy a travel card for the lenght of your stay.
From Treviso Airport catch the bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma. Then take vaporetto line 5.1 direct to the Lido and get off at the last stop LIDO. Take the public bus 'A' to San Nicolò and get off at 'San Nicolò' stop. We do suggest to buy a travel card for the lenght of your stay.
